Wow, where to begin?  I contacted Alex after recognizing that I had reached a point in my life where I needed direction and self-confidence. Alex is an incredible, positive, and inspiring coach, and I am so happy I started on this journey with him. After our first discovery call, I knew this was the coach I wanted to work with, he listened to me, and I can tell he understood what I was trying to accomplish. Coaching Alex has transformed my life so much in the last two months that I cannot express it in words. His coaching method blows my mind to the point that I ask, How did you do that? He also challenged me to think differently and helped me to take responsibility on actions toward the goals I wanted to accomplish. He always asked questions, to help me find what lies at the core of the issue, and reveals the problems I did not know were holding me back.  I started the most important thing to me the strength to love and believe in myself. I've often heard those words but never fully understood or believed them myself. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to have found Alex as a coach and as a fantastic human. There's still a long way to go on this journey, but Alex has opened up a whole world of possibilities, a new way of thinking and reacting to situations, and given me the tools to keep learning and evolving. Steve Jobs's famous quote Secret for Success: Don't Be Afraid to Ask for Help. It has been a pleasure to be coached by Alex, and I can recommend him to anyone looking for professional coaching.
