Isabel Schnell - Career & Leadership Coach

Working with Isabel was a truly valuable experience! She combines extensive international business experience with an exceptional ability to listen deeply, understand the nuances behind what is being said, and build a genuine coach-client partnership. I had worked with coaches before, but I had not encountered this level of empathy, insight, and practical guidance. What impressed me most was how quickly Isabel grasped the bigger picture, asked the questions that really mattered, and helped me bring clarity to complex challenges. At the same time, she created an atmosphere that encouraged honest reflection and steady progress. I value the time we worked together and have made significant progress toward my goals as a result. Months later I still regularly apply approaches and techniques Isabel introduced me to: they have become part of my personal and professional toolkit. I highly recommend Isabel's coaching to anyone seeking greater clarity, growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
