Sonja has recently accompanied me in the transition into a leadership position in the pharmaceutical industry. She helped me to built my own leadership style and has been crucial to potentiate and identify my skills to succeed in the onboarding into my new role. She helped me a lot in understanding my team dynamics, assisting me in solving very difficult problems by means of quite easy solutions and step by step enlarging my self-confidence as a new female leader. I can only recommend her services.
