Silke Lerche Global

Silke is a great coach - straightforward, humorous, sometimes positively painful :-) Excellent questioning technique and above all: Silke has endless experience from her time in management positions in the industry - so she knows what it's all about!

Silke is a highly skilled coach and facilitator with whom I had the pleasure of collaborating to co-create a personalized Leadership and Coaching Program for one of the functions within ZF LIFETEC. Her ability to uncover blind spots, encourage self-reflection, and demonstrate genuine care for participants' development transformed the program into a meaningful leadership journey. She is an exceptional sparring partner from whom I had the opportunity to learn a great deal. One of the most valuable lessons I learned from her is that staying in the "messy middle" as a facilitator is often the key to helping participants uncover their next best steps. Thank you, Silke! Silke is an exceptional guide and mentor who helps people stay on the right course in developing their management skills and fostering personal growth. She has a unique ability to provide clarity, direction, and encouragement. I highly recommend working with Silke.
