Christelle Pillot -Career Advisor

I worked with Christelle for six months when I needed business coaching for my photography practice. I'd seen her present at networking events and was impressed by how direct and results-focused she was. She clearly knew her stuff, and better yet, she wasn't precious about sharing what she knew. I came to Christelle thinking I wanted to add another service area to my existing business. After she dug into my situation, she helped me see something I hadn't. I needed to nail down my signature offer first. This was something I'd always wanted to do but never quite figured out how. Working through this with her changed everything. I finally have complete clarity on what makes my services unique and the confidence to charge accordingly. She was right that this foundation needed to come before any expansion. It would have been a mess otherwise. Her approach is refreshingly practical. She breaks big goals into actual steps you can take. When I hit roadblocks or had questions, she was always available to talk through solutions. Her online system adapts to whatever situation you're in, which was incredibly helpful. The group coaching aspect was brilliant. I got feedback from other business owners on similar journeys, and I actually connected with future clients there. Christelle genuinely cares about her clients succeeding. Anyone looking to get unstuck and build something solid would be lucky to work with her.

I have been working with Christelle for many years. Her professional and private experience is very extensive. This gives me the feeling that I can ask her anything and I am always sure that she says her opinion authentically and openly. I appreciate your openness and clarity and look forward to many years of further cooperation.
