I've been with Anna for almost 4 months now and my experience has been amazing. I'd never done coaching before, or anything like it but Anna makes me feel like I'm talking to an older (much wiser) sister. She's recommended THE BEST books that have been super relevant in my life. I LOVE my coaching sessions with Anna. Over the past few months, I’ve made so much progress with her in terms of both understanding my emotions and knee-jerk reactions, techniques for getting out of bad moods or productivity slumps, and finally starting a morning routine. Anna has also been remarkable in helping me to understand my ADHD and learn techniques to manage my symptoms. Anna is also great at understanding what you want to get out of the sessions, and shaping those sessions accordingly. So make sure you be honest with her (and yourself) about what changes you want to make! I think if you come to the sessions with openness and willingness to try new things, you might get a lot out of them. I’m very glad to have started coaching with Anna!

Coaching has created a massive ripple effect in my life.
