I'm working as an agile coach and scrum master. Visiting a course of Lean Sherpas was undoubtedly an amazing experience. The course was really interactive and informative. The location booked for the event was just as great. Robert was also an amazing teacher! Will definitely recommend
I am an independent agile coach and took an online Certified Less Practitioner Course (pCLP) about a year ago. At the end of the course, it was already clear it had completely changed my outlook on agility. One year later I can confirm that there is no coaching, be it about agile scaling or small scale development where I didn’t use knowledge from that pCLP course. That is a very precious training, as it corrects any misconceptions one may have about agility and forces us to understand the principles of agility holistically, using a system’s thinking perspective. Once this is understood, scaling agile become much more evident. It is appropriate for both people at the beginning of their agile Journey and more experienced participants. I highly recommend Lean Sherpas' course!
