Working with Katarina has been one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences. She has an incredible ability to listen, provide tools, and help you uncover clarity and direction in both personal and professional areas of life. Katarina's guidance is practical, compassionate, and empowering. I always leave our sessions feeling motivated, more confident, and equipped with steps to move forward. Katarina genuinely cares about your growth and supports you every step of the way. If you’re looking for a life coach who combines insight, encouragement, and real results, Katarina is the one to work with!
I worked with Katarina for about eight months, and I’m really grateful for everything the process gave me. Her coaching style is structured but also very warm and personal. Each session had a clear focus, but there was always space for open conversations and reflection. Her program gave me a sense of direction and a kind of framework to follow as I worked through the things I was trying to figure out. That guidance really helped me move forward with more clarity and confidence. What I appreciated most is that Katarina wasn’t just a traditional coach. She would ask before sharing her perspective, or I’d ask her what she thought, and her input was always thoughtful and helpful. I felt comfortable being open and sharing whatever was on my mind. She was also a really great mirror, gently pointing out things I hadn’t seen myself, always in a kind and constructive way. If you’re looking for someone who combines structure, care, and real listening, I can honestly recommend working with Katarina.
After 2+ years working with Katarina Stolz, I can honestly say she's exceptional. We started with sessions every two weeks, now I book a session whenever I feel stuck. I was initially skeptical about life coaching, but the results came quickly. Katarina provides practical tools to deal with ingrained reactions and triggers - but you have to do the work. No excuses. Her approach works for everything: personal issues, professional challenges, family dynamics, past or present circumstances. She creates a space where you can safely explore your motivations and fears. The tools she teaches stay with you long after the sessions end. Fair warning: this isn't passive therapy. Success requires your full commitment to questioning yourself and doing the hard work. But if you're ready for real change, Katarina delivers. Highly recommend - one of my best investments in personal growth.
Katarina’s coaching has been incredibly impactful for me. Together, we set overarching goals—my top priorities and what I wanted to achieve throughout our work together—and these were consistently revisited to keep me on track. Each session was then adapted to my mental state and personal situation, with personalized worksheets and exercises that helped me define my self-worth, values, vision, and mission in life, all aligned with my main goals. Katarina’s empathy and genuine care made all the difference; she’s an active listener and truly committed to helping. Through her guidance, I’ve been able to see my situation from entirely new perspectives, experiencing significant growth over the past 10 months. For anyone considering this journey, I’d recommend fully engaging with the sessions and assignments—it really makes an impact.
I had 12 sessions with Katarina, it was a really helpful experience. I enjoyed her positive and supportive style. I always felt heard and understood and her suggestions and tools were always really helpful food for thought. I left every session with new insight. The best thing was that she never made me feel like there was anything wrong with me but rather suggested perspectives on things in a really respectful and encouraging way. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if you are a bit wary of coaches/therapists and want to be sure this is someone you can trust to help you feel better and not worse!
